Vatech held a training session in Spain, from June 3rd to June 6th, involving 26 technicians from 17 dealers. Unlike their typical lecture-type training, the structure of this training was more of an organic, open-discussion session. It was led by the American CS team, sharing their knowledge on dealer training materials.
Sales training at Vatech Europe
Vatech Europe’s Czech Republic training center is the most active site for our dealer trainings. During the month of June, two sales trainings were conducted for multiple European countries.
The first session was held on 6/13 – 6/14, with 11 attendees from the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Croatia, and Hungary, and the second training was from 6/20-6/21. Those in attendance were our European regional sales representatives. In order to introduce our company through demos, the main objective of the training was to teach the attendees how to utilize our software.

Open House For Our Customers From The Other Side of The World
VATECH Brazil invited their customers from Brazil, which is on the other side of the world, to join them for an open house that took place on April 25.
The main reason for visiting our factory was to see the scale of our company, vision, and core technology. Most of them had just purchased our Green16 at the CIOSP 2019 exhibition, and for most it was their first time visiting Korea.
As new customers, they were highly interested in new products and asked many questions. They said that they were impressed by the scale of the company and how well teams were organized according to their specialties. They especially enjoyed the time at VATECH’s childcare center.
