On June 26th and 27th, VUS held a technical training for our dealers at their Fort Lee, NJ location. The purpose of the training was to familiarize technicians with our devices and improve their installation/troubleshooting process. VUS had Manuel Aguilar, Technical Support Supervisor/Customer Support, and Yun Lee, Mechanical Engineer Manager, conduct the training and we had a chance to ask them some questions about how the training went.

Best of The Best- Customer Service in the Middle East
A Level 1 technical training was held in the Middle East, with the hope of influencing the best customer support team. From June 22nd to June 30th, we held trainings in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Cairo, targeting the main market (Saudi Arabia) and engineers in Egypt.
Being the customer’s point of contact, we were able to refocus our implementation of customer support and revise our policies and strategies by sharing our knowledge amongst one another. HQ pledges to resolve all issues by following our motto- “value from the customer’s point of view”.
Open House For Our Customers From The Other Side of The World
VATECH Brazil invited their customers from Brazil, which is on the other side of the world, to join them for an open house that took place on April 25.
The main reason for visiting our factory was to see the scale of our company, vision, and core technology. Most of them had just purchased our Green16 at the CIOSP 2019 exhibition, and for most it was their first time visiting Korea.
As new customers, they were highly interested in new products and asked many questions. They said that they were impressed by the scale of the company and how well teams were organized according to their specialties. They especially enjoyed the time at VATECH’s childcare center.
